"There are two great days in a person's life - the day we are born and the day we discover why."~William Barclay

Can You Benefit From Life Coaching?

Yes!  If you are in a transition period in your life (career, personal or relationships) or you are just ready for a breakthrough and want to get more out of life.  This isn't just "feel good" therapy.  Life coaching is a hands-on workshop designed to provide skills to people interested in making healthy changes.

Simply put...how we think of ourselves, what we see for futures and why we get 'stuck' in old behaviors can be influenced through our thought patterns.  Let us show you how to retrain the brain, set a new roadmap of health and succeed at positive life goals.

Gifts in the Moment provides a wealth of education in specific strategies to overcome challenges and help you find a new direction towards your greater purpose in life.
